Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and App Dexter Limited ("we", "us") for the LoveDrama app and website. By creating an account or using the app you accept them, the Privacy Policy and the AI Content Terms.

1. Who may use LoveDrama

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher). LoveDrama contains romantic and, if you turn on Mature Mode, mature themes. We ask you to confirm your age and we may block or remove accounts we believe belong to minors.

2. The service

LoveDrama generates interactive stories, short videos, images and chat replies with artificial intelligence. Everything is fiction. Characters are not real people and nothing the AI says is advice. Availability, speed and quality of generated results are not guaranteed; a scene can fail, and when it does the coins for it are returned to your balance.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for everything done with it. Keep your sign-in method secure. One person may not use several accounts to collect free allowances or promotional coins.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the app to: break the law; create or request sexual or violent content involving minors or anyone who appears to be a minor; create sexual or harassing content about real, identifiable people or impersonate them; upload photos of people without their permission; bypass safety filters, limits or payment; attack or overload the service; resell or scrape generated results at scale. We may refuse a request, remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules, with or without notice, and you may lose unused coins in that case.

5. Coins, subscriptions and refunds

Coins and subscription plans are bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play, are charged by them, and are also subject to their terms. Coins have no cash value, are not transferable and are used to pay for generated scenes, videos and images; the price of each action is shown before you confirm it. Coins used for a scene that fails to generate are returned. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in your App Store / Google Play account settings at least 24 hours before the period ends. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their policies; when a store refunds a purchase we may remove the coins or plan it granted. Prices and the coins in a pack or plan can change for future purchases.

6. Your content and generated results

You keep the rights to what you write. You give us permission to store and process it, and to send it to our AI providers, to provide the service and keep it safe. Generated videos, images and text are for your personal, non-commercial use inside and outside the app unless we agree otherwise in writing. AI results can be similar to results for other users and may not be protected by copyright.

7. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile > Delete account). Deletion removes your stories, chats, videos, devices and notifications and closes your sign-in; unused coins and any plan are lost. We keep purchase and fraud-prevention records without your identity as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. When the changes are material we show the new version in the app and ask you to accept it again before you continue. If you do not accept you can delete your account.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for AI output you find inaccurate, offensive or surprising. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
