LoveDrama ("we", "us") is operated by App Dexter Limited. This policy explains what we collect when you use the LoveDrama app. The app is for adults aged 18 or older.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address or the Apple/Google account identifier you sign in with.
- Content you create: the text you type for stories and chats, and the videos, images and replies generated for you. Chat messages are stored encrypted and used to provide the service and to keep you safe (for example abuse and age checks).
- Purchases: coin and subscription purchases are processed by Apple or Google; we receive a receipt (product, price, order id), never your card details.
- Device and usage data: app version, device model, language, approximate country (from your IP address), screens you open and actions you take, crash reports, and an advertising identifier if you allow tracking.
- Install attribution: how you found the app (for example an ad campaign), measured with AppsFlyer.
How we use it
- To run the app: sign-in, generating stories and chats, coins and subscriptions, notifications when a video is ready.
- To protect the service: age confirmation, abuse prevention, limiting fraud.
- To understand and improve the app and to measure our advertising (Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, Performance, AppsFlyer).
Sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us operate the app: cloud hosting, Appwrite (authentication), OpenAI (story and chat text generation), BytePlus (video generation), Firebase / Google (analytics, crash reporting, push notifications), AppsFlyer (attribution and ad measurement) and Apple/Google (payments). We do not sell your personal data.
Tracking choice (iOS)
On iOS we ask permission before using the advertising identifier for attribution. You can decline and still use the app, and you can change your choice in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
AI content
Characters, stories and images are fictional and generated by AI. They are not real people.
Retention and deletion
- Chats and story text: the text you typed and the replies are deleted automatically after 90 days. Generated videos and images stay in your library until you delete them or your account.
- IP address: kept for up to 30 days in security logs and removed from your profile after 90 days; we keep only the country and city.
- Delete your account: Profile > Delete account in the app (you confirm by typing DELETE), or email us. We then erase your stories, chats, videos, devices, notifications and events and delete your sign-in. Purchase receipts and the coin ledger are kept without your identity (the user id is replaced by a random identifier) to prevent fraud and double crediting and as accounting law requires. Unused coins and any plan are lost. Deleting the app alone does not delete your account.
- Subscriptions are not cancelled by deleting your account: cancel them in your App Store / Google Play settings.
Legal consent
When you sign in we ask you to accept the Terms of Use, this Privacy Policy and the AI Content Terms. We store the version you accepted and the time. When these documents change materially we ask you again.
Children
LoveDrama is not for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor uses the app, contact us and we will remove the account.
